We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative who has the ability to provide the best service to our customers. Our client in Greece works with many well-known brands and is now looking for new employees to join their customer service team

The requirements

• You already live in or want to move to Greece
• Fluent in Danish or Norwegian (oral and written), with a good knowledge of English
• An ability to handle complex customer enquiries and find solutions
• A positive and proactive approach to work
• Strong PC skills
  
  Job description
• Respond to customer enquiries via chat, calls and emails
• Provide customers with information about products and services
• Identify customer needs
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and escalate prioritised issues
• Follow up on customer calls where necessary
