About the Role

As a Travel Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, and issue resolution. Your role is essential in ensuring that users receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support
• Handle inquiries and complaints via phone, chat, and email
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when assisting travelers
• Investigate and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and secure customer information
• Recognize and report potential process or system improvements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in German (C1) & proficient in English (B2+)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service is a plus
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong investigative and multitasking skills
• Proactive and motivated to meet performance targets
